Sometimes we really get angry because of an unknown relationship.So how to control emotions requires a method.Buddhism has many ways to control our emotions.It’s like meditating and meditation, learning Buddhism and enlightenment.

Of course there is another way.In ancient times, there was a man named Aidiba in Tibet, and this was how he handled it.He ran home when he was angry and ran three laps around his house and land.Later, his house became larger and larger and his land became wider.But when he was angry, he still ran around the house and land for three laps, even though he was so tired that he was panting and sweating, as Aidiba was very old.He was already using crutches when walking. When he was angry, he insisted on three rounds around his land and house.

Once he was angry and walked to the sun almost set with a crutch, so he still had to persevere.His grandson was afraid that he would make mistakes on the road, so he followed him, and his grandson couldn't help asking: Grandpa!When you get angry, you run around the house and the land. Are there any secrets here?Aidiba said to her grandson: When I was young, when I was quarreling and arguing with others, I would run three laps around my house and land, thinking while running.With such a small house and so little land, how can I have the time and energy to get angry with people?The thought of this makes me completely relieved.When I get angry, I have more time and energy to work and study.

The grandson asked again: Grandpa!Now that you are old and become a rich man, why do you still have to run around the house and the land?Aidaba smiled and said: When I was old and angry, I still ran around the house and the land for three times. While running, I thought, my house is so big and there is so much land, so why bother with others?When I think of this, my anger is gone.

From this we can see that the best way to not get angry is to learn to relax, which is to relax your mind and avoid unnecessary concerns and disputes.When people get along with each other, they must consider each other more often, not only think about themselves, but also as long as both parties sometimes take a step back, anger, resentment, and depression will be resolved invisibly.So when we face this, we must have a clear mind and a way to relieve it. As long as the method is appropriate, what else can we care about?
