Through the correct meditation method and the teachings of the Buddha, all negative thoughts can be eliminated, because an uncultivated mind is the source of all problems.Buddha said, “The mind is difficult to understand. It is very keen and wanders in the will.The wise will protect it, because careful maintenance of the mind will often lead to happiness.”

People tend to blame their worries on others, especially when they cannot find a solution.In this case, it is easy to find a scapegoat - someone who can be blamed and vent his grief.For example, when a child is injured and cried, in order to prevent him from crying, the mother pretends to beat other children, showing that someone has been punished. The child has avenged his revenge and is satisfied, so he smiles.This clearly means that taking revenge on people will satisfy the heart of a secular person.

It is always difficult to admit your own shortcomings, but it is much easier to blame others.In fact, although this attitude is wrong, many people enjoy it.So when we encounter the same situation, we should not hold a grudge against people, but should strive to endure pain and solve the problem calmly.Remember that when others create troublesome things, if we know how to protect our minds, no one can truly infringe on ourselves.

In the "Dharma Sentences", the Buddha said: "Even the worst enemy cannot hurt yourself like your own defenseless heart. However, once your mind is manipulated, even parents or any relatives cannot help you.”

When facing fear, you must have considerable courage to understand the truth and have greater perseverance to accept the truth you have experienced.Fear is caused by oneself, but if you can face it calmly, fear will be hidden.It is important to be honest about facing fear. If we can objectively trace the source of fear, this battle to overcome fear has already taken the lead.

When you are worried, don’t show it to the world with a depressed face. Everyone has so many problems that they have no time to take care of other people’s problems.If we want, we can leave the problem to those who are trustworthy, or to those who can lend a helping hand to us, and never add any more sorrow to those who are too carefree and unable to help.
