Later one day, when he was discussing Buddhism with fellow practitioners, he was touched by his anger.At this time, his anger was very intense and his whole body became hot. He left the temple and wanted to go under the tree to enjoy the cool air.As a result, after he arrived under the tree, his anger continued to grow wider. In this life, he turned from a person into a large python, and in this life he turned into a python.In "Biography of the Emerging Monk", the ancestor gave this commentary: Keeping precepts and listening to the Dharma throughout his life, he endured blessings with the body of a python because of his anger.Of course, the big python has the blessings of its python, but its retribution is humble.

So in this place, I often recall Master Chan’s guidance to us.He said that practitioners have three key points: understanding, practicing, and character.Master Chan Gong said: This personality is the most important.He said: If you have a great Jiemen or a great martial arts, you won’t be able to do it if you have a bad personality!

This personality means that your thoughts are not gentle enough.That is to say, from the perspective of practice, your understanding and practice are a kind of resource;But your personality is not good (this distinction of love is not the origin of love), which means that your personality is too strong or your arrogance is too strong. At this time, it will cause our good deeds to cause wrong guidance.

So this place talks about the different maturity consciousness, which means that this karma must be transformed into the result. In fact, there are many variables in it.This variable, the thought of your sixth consciousness, or in secular terms, is an important factor in guiding this karma.

So Master Chan said: Even if you have a great Jie Sect or a great martial arts, your personality will not work!That's the reason.The above talks about the three appearances of the Alaya consciousness, the root of our life: the cause, the result, and the self-image.
