Zen practitioners, if they can do it without missing, without working, and without interruption, they can do it, and it may be a lasting effort. Why is that? Just mention who the sentence of chanting the Buddha is, the doubts are clear, the thoughts are not superficial, there is no delusion, there is no delusion, the work is still there, the name is not lost, and it is not changed by the sound and color.

In the past two or six hours, it is clear and clear, carefully researched, from morning to night, without a moment of slackness, which is called not running the work.

There is a mind and a mind, there is a mind and a mind, there is a thought, there is a mind, there is no thought, there is no thought, only knows that there is a mind, and does not know that there is no thought, this is called uninterrupted. This is the work of Buddhahood.

The three abilities are like this, and it is a long-lasting effort, and the work is meditation. In this way, outsiders see it and seem to find it difficult, but only by doing this kind of work can there be a little bit of Buddhahood, and it is too difficult to think. Ask the benevolent people, like people in the world, who are determined to farm, live in the fields, have their hearts on the fields, and are busy with the fields. As for asking him to watch the best tricks, he had to be busy with field affairs without a moment of rest.

Another person asked, "You are busy farming; why are you so hard?" The farmer replied, "If you are not busy and have nothing to eat, no matter how busy you are, you still don't have enough to eat, so how can you not be busy?" Then ask: Your body can be busy, your mind is not busy, and the mind is at peace, so please recite the Buddha with your heart. The farmer replied, "Both physically and mentally exhausted, how could I have the slightest leisure to do anything else?"

Then he added: "There are other things that are better than your farming work, why not do it?" The farmer immediately said in a straight voice: "Farmers only know how to farm, they don't know anything else, and they don't want anything else!" From this point on, all matters are generally inferred from this and cannot be repeated.

The farmer is busy this year, busy next year, busy for a long time, mature on top of perfection, long-lasting body and mind, which is called lasting in the world. Therefore, anyone who points out that it is ten thousand times better than Tian will never want to do it, because they are only good at this and not there. We Zen people, like farmers, are handicraftsmen, physically and mentally exhausted, and we can understand it only after a long time without slackening.

How sad! People in the world use an imlasting heart, accept an impermanent body, do impermanent things, live in an impermanent place, cultivate worldly causes, feel worldly bodies, endure worldly retribution, and ultimately have no lasting destination.

Only true Zen practitioners can first change their voice and color in the morning and evening, and then in the bubble of electric illusions, from the long-term thought, the long-term meditation, the ginseng cannot be forgotten, the thought cannot be abandoned, the thought and the participation are long-lasting, it is known that this thought is not long, this thought can be long-lasting, the meditation is torn, and the long-lasting thought can be endured.
