Just like taking medicine to cure diseases, it does not have the properties of the medicine and does not affect the treatment. Only by believing in medicine can cure diseases.

What's the use of chanting mantras?Sakyamuni said, "The power of mantra is incredible," is not false.However, chanting mantras cannot only emphasize the mystery of its "mantra power". Physiological factors

Each sound is actually a vibration of a set of sound wave frequencies.When everyone pronounces, the vibration amplitude varies by the height, but the vibration frequency of the same sound is no different.So you chant "Crow" after your throat, and I chant "Crow" in my throat in a low voice. The two "Crows" should vibrate the same number of times per second, but the amplitude of the sound waves you emit is high, while the amplitude of my waves is low, that's all.

Therefore, it is the frequency of mantra that affects human physiology, not the amplitude of the wave sound.

When an object of a certain frequency is vibrated by the same frequency, the object will vibrate.In ancient my country, there was a story about "Tongshan collapsed in the east, and Luozhong responded to the west", which was just because Tongshan and Luoyang's bronze bells had the same vibration frequency.

Therefore, the physiological role of chanting mantras is to use mantra sounds to vibrate one's internal organs, and even the nervous system and endocrine system.

The ancestor of Tibetan Buddhism said that chanting mantras can "open the meridians", and this is the reason.

Because "pitules" are synonymous with the physiological structure of the human body.If you recite the mantra diligently, the more you recite the mantra, the more comfortable it becomes, it is a good physiological reaction.Therefore, not every mantra is suitable for anyone. Everyone has mantras that are particularly adaptable to themselves, because everyone has different physiological structures, so it may not be beneficial to recite the mantra when they see it.

Psychological factors

First of all, it can make it easier for us to concentrate.The first step in practicing Tantric Buddhism is to train the concentration of thoughts.Buddhism summarizes people into three parts: "body, speech and mind", because those who can act are either body, or words or mind.If you want to drink tea, pick up the tea cup and take a sip of tea into your mouth. "I want to drink" is an activity of the intention. If you pick up the tea cup, it is an activity of the body. If you take a sip of tea, it is an activity of the qi (qi is "verbal").When reciting mantras and so on, it is precisely through this to regulate the qi, which is also a practice in "verbal".If the Qi can be regulated, the mind will be easily concentrated.

Therefore, there is no need to chant mantras too quickly or loudly. Everyone has their own appropriate volume and speed. If they are suitable for their own right, the more they recite, the more they will be smoother they will be. They will fight loudly and quickly, and they will mess up their own thoughts.
