Thinking about worries is the root of suffering in life and death, and now using chanting Buddha to eliminate afflictions is the Buddha's suffering of life and death.

If you recite the Buddha to eliminate your worries, you can understand life and death, and there is no other way.

If you recite the Buddha's mind and become the master of afflictions, you will be the master in your sleep, if you are the master in your sleep, you will be the master in your illness, and if you are the master of illness and suffering, then at the end of your life, you will be clear and know where you are going.

This is not difficult to do, as long as a thought is eager for life and death, relying solely on a Buddha, and then not thinking about it, for a long time, you will naturally get great peace and freedom, and you will be very happy and useful, which is not comparable to the joy of the five desires in the world.
