One: Prajna Method, at the moment of Zen meditation, the sword of King Vajra, pointing directly at the hearts of the people, starting with the beginning, first using the words of Prajna to start contemplating, using contemplation to achieve reality, and the reality has no aspect. Visualization is enlightenment. The effort of looking back at the inner light from a single thought, and gradually extinguishing delusions, is the true Prajna. The stronger the observation, the more sufficient the concentration, the mutual use of wisdom, and the observation from the heart as the law, the beginning of the method of the heart. Prajna contemplation is contemplation. An important way to contemplate the mind is to always return to the present mind. Either line. Walk. Sit. Lying, when carefully observing the situation and dynamics of your own heart-moving thoughts, at this moment, you will feel that delusions are flying back and forth, life and death are non-stop, and delusions are less drowsy and come again. Diamond Sutra Cloud: All appearances are illusory, from the depth of the self-contemplation power, delusion reappears, repeated observation and hard work, every day in walking, sitting and lying in the middle of repeated self-fulfillment, delusion can be eliminated, such as the power of enlightenment increases, and gradually see that there is no thought, the mind is empty, and it is clear.

2: If you contemplate Kung Fu, you use it in the midst of walking, living, sitting and lying down, before the delusion appears, immediately contemplate it, and after a long time, from the contemplation of Kung Fu to the present, when the delusion is attached, it is like a snowflake falling on the sea of consciousness, and the water of nectar melts in an instant. It is contemplating the light of one's own nature, and illuminating the pure consciousness of silence. If the Vajra Prajna contemplation is skillful, "seeing that the five aggregates are empty" means "giving birth to the mind without dwelling".

Three: In Vajra-prajna, contemplating the empirical awareness, in the depths of the centripetal ground, gradually realizing that one's own nature is originally pure, there is consciousness and illumination, and at the same time it is extinguished, and the kung fu reaches this level of the realm, whether it is in the realm of shun or not, and the one who comes is also good knowledge, such as honing one's ability to fix one's wisdom, with the solid endurance of Vajra, subduing one's own troubles and habits, being able to endure in the five turbid and evil worlds, being able to pass through the right and wrong of our people, practicing skillfully, and not giving up on all the Dharma, and at the same time the reality of the state corresponds. Enter the Buddha's knowledge and open the wisdom of the Buddha. Four: Before the wisdom of Prajna appears, bodhichitta is quickly attained without retreating. The Ten Earthly Products say: "This bodhisattva, with deep wisdom, observes as such, practices the wisdom of convenience diligently, takes up the special path, dwells in peace, rests without a single thought, walks and sits and sits, and even sleeps, and does not temporarily correspond to the obstacles. ”
